Here's the spark that started this blog.  When I read about the protests across Europe in the Gogol Bordello forum, I wanted to do something.  But being sort of stuck out here in the Mojave desert, I couldn't get to any of the protests and having a one person protest in my little desert community wouldn't have made such an impact.

I admire the determination of those who stood up and protested. If you know of any actions in support of Roma people happening in your community, please email me with the particulars and I would be happy to post a link.
